1. We use multiple different courier services, depending on your location.
2. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this.
3. You will need to ensure someone is able to sign for your delivery as proof of receipt, If there is no one available to sign for your package then the parcel will need to be picked up at your local post office or delivery center
4. Please ensure that the address details you provide are accurate as we are not liable for a refund if you have entered the incorrect address when ordering so please enter your details carefully
5. Our shipping time is equivalent to the Processing Time + Delivery Time
6. Processing Time May Take 1- 2 Days Depending On Order Volume and Quantity & Shipping Time Is Dependent On Your Location
7. We aim to deliver all orders between 3-5 working days for domestic orders and 7-14 working days for international orders.
8 . Remember that you are responsible for paying any taxes or customs charges incurred once the items arrive in your country.
9. All of our orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United States
10. You will not be refunded for the shipping you have paid if you refuse delivery.
11. If An Item You Order Is Not In Stock We Will Refund You Within 3 Business Days
12. Our Delivery Dates Are Estimates As These Are Unprecedented Times, We Only Issue A Refund If The Product Does Not Arrive Within 21 Days.
1. Some items on our website will be on "pre-order" due to very high demand and popularity. Pre-order simply means that we do not have that particular item in stock right now & are giving our customers a chance to pre-order it so that they don't miss out when it comes back into stock.
Pre-ordered items vary on timescale but we usually have your pre-ordered item dispatched and on its way to you within 2 -14 working days. You will receive an order confirmation email straight after you place the order and then another once we have dispatched your item.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU HAVE ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS WITHIN ONE ORDER AND AT LEAST ONE OF THOSE ITEMS IS ON PRE-ORDER. YOUR ITEMS WILL BE DISPATCHED IN SEPARATE PARCELS.
In order to file a return you may contact us as at info@ mavensco.com and our agents will provide you with a return label. Once the item has been received and inspected if you qualify for a refund we will initiate the refund within 24-48 hours. Returns must be requested within 5 Business days of receiving the item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will be approved within 24 - 48 hours and may take 3-14 business days to reflect in your account depending on your banking institution.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three to ten business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (are not refundable)
All Sales Final ( NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded though you may get store credit ( at the discretion of the sales agent) and you will be notified by email.
We will provide you with a shipping label however the cost may be deducted from your refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
NOTE: Once you purchase from our website you are agreeing to all terms and conditions and compliance will be upheld and submitted in all claims including chargebacks and disputes.
